Title: Nursing Research on the Effect of Systematic Exercise on Rehabilitation for Breast Cancer Patients after Auxiliary Chemotherapy


This study focused on aerobic exercises and Tai Chi (24-styles), assisted by lectures from the experts, exercise consultation, lectures of nutrition and other forms of systematic exercises. This study not only developed a safe, effective, scientific, active and comprehensive systematic exercise program for breast cancer patients after auxiliary chemotherapy, but also take the upper limb muscle strength, cardiopulmonary function, bone density, static blood lactic acid, body shape and composition, and quality of life as the measurements for the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of systematic exercise on rehabilitation for breast cancer patients after auxiliary chemotherapy. This study fills up the gap in previous researches about breast cancer patients after operation.
